The relationship between you and your therapist/counsellor is important. Because of this, I offer a free no-obligation 30 minute consultation. Please note that this is not a counselling session. Instead it is an opportunity for us to meet and make sure you feel comfortable to move forward with a session, and for me to make sure there is a fit with my qualifications/focus area and your particular needs.

Fees for counselling are based on an hourly rate of $125.00.

Approved for Crime Victims Assistance Program. Many Extended Benefit Programs cover Registered Clinical Counsellors please check with yours to see if Registered Clinical Counsellors are covered.

Receipts for service may be submitted with your tax return
