I am proud to serve the White Rock/South Surrey area.

My goal as a Counsellor in White Rock/South Surrey is to provide effective, comfortable and safe Counselling,Psychotherapy and or Hypnotherapy to help you quickly begin to resolve the blocks holding you back in enjoying your life to the fullest.

I will help you resolve old limiting patterns or habits, assist you in learning new tools to improve your relationships, improve your communication skills, resolve anger, stress, anxiety/panic, fears/phobias grief, and move forward in a more confident and comfortable way.

I believe that my role as a counselling professional is to use all my knowledge, skills and training to encourage support and guide you to live a fully satisfying and enjoyable life. I like to do this in a friendly, comfortable and straightforward manner to create collaboratively with you the most useful and effective program. Many of my clients tell me they begin to feel better right away.

I have had the opportunity to assist my clients in resolving negative patterns or habits that have often led to them feeling that they are unimportant, unsuccessful and unhappy and have them move forward towards a balanced life in friendships, relationships, fitness, health, self esteem and reaching personal performance goals.

The relationship between a Counsellor/Therapist is so important to the process that I offer a free 30 minute consultation to ensure your comfort in working with me.

Along with serving White Rock and South Surrey I have clients that come to me from Mission, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Langley, Delta, Ladner, Richmond, Tsawassen, Burnaby, North Vancouver and Vancouver.
